These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how our personalized song service works, what you can expect from us, and what we need from you to create a meaningful, high-quality song delivery.

Acceptance & eligibility
By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our personalized song service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Service.
You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Service primarily includes: collecting your brief (names, story points, preferences), composing and producing a personalized song, and delivering the final audio digitally. Any additional deliverables (e.g., lyric sheets, short social clips) are provided only if explicitly included in your order.

Pricing & what’s included
Prices are displayed on the checkout page and may vary by package, timeline, and add-ons. Your order includes only the deliverables described at the time of purchase.
Payments via Razorpay
Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers. Successful payment typically triggers an order confirmation and next steps to collect your brief.
Confirmation & receipts
After checkout, you should receive a confirmation message/receipt from the payment provider and/or us. If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, contact support with your payment reference.
Taxes & fees
Where applicable, taxes, platform charges, or payment processing fees may apply and will be shown during checkout.
Your responsibility for accuracy
You are responsible for providing correct names, dates, pronunciations, and story details. If you request changes due to incorrect information provided by you, it may count as a revision and/or require additional time.
Note: For urgent timelines, please confirm delivery windows before purchase to avoid disappointment.
Delivery timelines & revisions
Estimated delivery times depend on the package selected, our production queue, and how quickly you provide the required details. We will share the delivery method (typically a downloadable link or file) once your song is ready.
Delivery is digital. Common formats include high-quality audio files (such as MP3/WAV). Exact formats may vary by package. You are responsible for ensuring you can receive files via the provided email or link.
Revisions (if included in your package) are intended for reasonable adjustments such as minor lyric corrections, pronunciation fixes, or small structural tweaks. Major rewrites, new themes, or changing the entire story direction may be treated as a new order or an add-on.
To avoid delays, please provide: correct spelling of names, pronunciation notes (if needed), relationship details, key memories, preferred mood/genre, and any “must-include” lines. The more specific your brief, the more accurate the first draft will be.
Refunds & cancellations
Because the Service involves custom creative work produced specifically for you, refunds may be limited once production has started. We will always try to be fair and transparent.
Cancellations before production
If you request cancellation before we begin work (e.g., before your brief is confirmed and production is initiated), we may offer a full or partial refund depending on payment platform fees and administrative costs.
After production begins
Once lyric writing/composition/recording has started, cancellations are generally not refundable due to time and labor already invested. In some cases, we may offer revisions or store credit at our discretion.
Delivery-related issues
If we fail to deliver the agreed deliverable within a reasonable timeframe (and the delay is not caused by missing information from you), you may request a resolution such as expedited delivery, reasonable revisions, or a refund assessment.
To request a refund/cancellation review, contact us with your order details and payment reference.
Intellectual property & permitted usage
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, the Service is intended for personal use (e.g., gifting, private listening, sharing with friends/family).
We retain rights in our underlying creative process, templates, production techniques, and any pre-existing materials. You receive a license to use the delivered song for personal purposes. This helps protect the creative work while still allowing you to enjoy it freely.
You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the delivered song (including uploading to music distribution platforms for monetization, syncing to paid ads, or using it as a brand jingle) without prior written permission.
If you post the song publicly (e.g., social media), credit is appreciated. A simple credit like “Made by Musical Ashutosh” is perfect.
Information you submit
To create your song, you may submit names, messages, stories, photos/videos (optional), and other personal details (“User Content”).
How we use your submissions
We use User Content to write lyrics, guide the mood, personalize the narrative, and confirm spellings/pronunciations. We do not need ownership of your story—only permission to use it to create the deliverable you requested.
You confirm you have rights
You represent that you own or have permission to share any User Content you provide and that it does not violate anyone’s rights.
Prohibited content
- Content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or threatening.
- Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Sensitive personal data you are not comfortable sharing; please keep your brief appropriate and safe.
If prohibited content is submitted, we may refuse the order or request edits to the brief.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to deliver a delightful, professional result, creative outcomes are subjective and may vary based on the brief provided.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment platform issues, or your inability to receive messages/files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
