We may update or improve the service over time, including adding features, changing workflows, or adjusting delivery formats, as long as we maintain the core purpose of the product purchased.

3) Personalization Inputs (Your Responsibilities)

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the details you submit (spelling of names, dates, events, pronunciation hints, and any required references). Any delays caused by missing or incorrect information may affect timelines.

• Ensure you have the right to share any text, stories, or materials included in your request.
• Do not submit unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content.
• Where pronunciation matters, provide phonetic spelling or an example to minimize mistakes.

4) Revisions

Revisions (if offered in your package) are intended for reasonable adjustments such as correcting factual details you provided, minor wording changes, or small arrangement tweaks.

• Requests that materially change the original brief (new story, new recipient, new occasion, new style) may be treated as a new order.

• Check your inbox and spam/junk folders for delivery messages.
• You are responsible for ensuring the provided contact details are correct and reachable.

6) Pricing & Payments

Prices are shown at the time of purchase/confirmation. Payment is required to begin production unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees.

• Taxes, bank fees, and conversion charges (if any) are your responsibility unless explicitly included.
• We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or policy violations.

7) Refunds

Personalized songs are custom-made. Because production begins based on your specific request, refunds may be limited once work has started or the digital product has been delivered.

• If you need changes, please request a revision (if applicable) before requesting a refund.

8) Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Musical Ashutosh retains all rights to the underlying composition methods, templates, processes, and any pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, you receive a personal-use license to enjoy and share the delivered song for non-commercial purposes.

• You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the deliverable without written permission.
• You confirm that your submitted inputs do not infringe third-party rights.

9) User Conduct

You agree not to use the website or service in a way that violates laws or harms others. This includes attempts to disrupt the service, submit abusive content, or misuse communications channels.

10) Third‑Party Tools & Links

We may use third‑party platforms (for example, payment processors or messaging services) to operate and deliver the service. We are not responsible for third‑party downtime, policies, or actions. Links to third‑party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

11) Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
